This week has been really busy working on all sorts of adoptiong paperwork and requirements. The good news... is, that last night we submitted our formal application!!!
This will get our references, police clearances and lots of other verifications moving forward. We're hoping to have our autobiography done by this weekend and the entire packet of stuff turned in Monday. As of Thursday, we both now have our physicals, TB test, HIV testing and Urine Analysis completed. We both despise needles but gave up a bunch of blood to help prove we're fit and able. Next step....is scheduling our home study interviews and home assessment visit.
Seems like you've thought about everything except, perhaps, names. I'd humbly suggest Edward (only if it is a boy).
